Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered and/or access has been granted. Because digital content can be immediately accessed and downloaded, we are generally unable to offer refunds after delivery has occurred.

3. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. You were charged more than once for the same order;
  2. You did not receive access to the purchased product due to a technical error on our end;
  3. The product delivered was significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase.
